Having worked in the Real Estate Industry for more than 26 years, I have Sold and Managed over 1 BILLION dollars of Real Estate transactions during my career. I started in Montreal, Quebec, then moved to Dominican Republic. Then, made South Florida my home for my family and I. Being from Montreal, I have spent a lot of time the last three years working with International Customers in helping them find the perfect second home and investment property. I am currently a REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SPECIALIST. I have presented many conferences in Quebec in the last three years explaining the Real Estate Market in SFL and have been working with many investors looking to build their portfolio. I have been a Platinum Level Top Producer since 2009 at Illustrated Properties.

The Real Estate Industry in SFL is quite competitive and constantly changing daily. Growing up with parents in the Real Estate Industry, I have been surrounded by Real Estate for my whole life. I have watched the market change over the years.
My past experience includes being the Marketing Coordinator for Centex Homes. My responsibilities included creating all flyers, brochures, newsletters, writing all press releases and ads for the newspapers, coordination and set up of sales offices and much more. This has really helped me to be able to market my listings very well. I also owned my own land investment business for over 6 years. The goal was to invest in raw land for future resale.
I have been happily working in the general Real Estate industry since 2009 and I have been a Platinum Level Top Producer since 2009. I have spent the last three years working with Residential Buyers, Investors, Second Home Buyers and handling Rental Listings for Investors as well. I am looking forward to sharing my experience and knowledge with you.
